Hi, im using your theme with Visual Composer and Ultimate Addons VC. I have a compatibility problem IE8 and 9 with your theme. I cant fix it :( Can u help me?

    I tried something. Visual composer style not loading properly with your theme. If i dont use VC, your theme works fine. So, what do u suggest?

    Hi,

    our theme is not compatible with IE8 at all what you can read on product's page on themeforest. Also Visual Composer is not compatible with IE8 at all. But if something is wrong with IE9 then please explain what exactly because so far we did not noticed any issues.

    We have checked your website in IE9 and all elements that comes with our theme works properly in IE9. The only css issues you could have in IE9 are related with your "extra" features/plugins but of course we are not responsible for them. So basically as we tested, all elements and features that comes with our theme works properly in IE9.

    I stacked :( I was talking with visual composer member, They said because of theme. I was talking with ultimate addon VC member, they said because of Visual Composer. What can i do now? :/

    The issue seems to be related to the theme. Because when I switch

    So i disabled the plugin - http://bsf.io/fxipa

    In this screenshot you can see that all the shortcodes generated by
    ultimate add-on plugin are not aligned properly, that is because that
    CSS from Visual composer is not loaded.

    this is the same issue that's seen on the website when plugin is enabled.

    You probably need to take support from visual composer authors or your theme developers about this issue.

    I tried myself different theme. I disabled some plugins. When i activate your theme some plugins conflict your theme. This is too much complicated. Best solution warning for IE9 browser. And i need change my using plugin and i need new desing. Because of that, we dont need try anything :) Thanks for support.

    We understand but unfortunately we are not able to make compatibility with all possible plugins. And as we checked, the problem in your case is related with plugins that you have used.
