Extreme Layout data installation

Im trying to import the Extreme layout (demo data), I have the latest  BE theme version as I only bought it a few days ago. Each and every time I try to download the demo data for Extreme, I get a 404 page. I am though successful at downloading Surfing layout (just to prove that I know how to download and import the demo data).

Please advise any other methods of downloading the data for Extreme layout.

    where you get this 404 error? In which moment? Please show it to us on the screenshot.

    After pressing the import button, goes to 404, which means that the link its trying to access does not exist, hence 404 page.

    The external link its trying to download the import files do not exist.

    Does it happen with this demo only or with any other as well? To be honest, that sounds really weird because we did never met with anything like that before so would be great if you can provide us dashboard and FTP access thru contact form on the right at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact because it sounds like a server limits issue but to be sure, we need to have a look on it closer. Or you can also try to create php file with phpinfo() function and send us link to that file and we will see if there any any limits that might be the reason.

    No limitations, I have full access to the server.

    Yes, you have limitations of course but you don't even know. Does your server allow loopbacks? Or if your hosting administrator has such poor knowledge about what he do, you can send us full FTP and dashboard access privately thru contact form on the right at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will prove that it's related with server.

    what does 404 page have to do with the limitations of our server? 404 page is generated because your plugin cannot find the correct  file. I have manually updated the header though and uncheck import header files when using the demo contents of your theme.

    Your lack of knowledge is more concerning to me then saying that the hosting administrator has such poor knowledge. I CAN ATTEST YOU HAVE POOR KNOWLEDGE based on your solution! phpinfo really, thats your solution to say that the server has limitations because it generated a 404 response?

    If you will send us necessary details we requested for above, we will show you what does it have. If you think it doesn't have anything, then maybe you can tell us what theme does then? Don't you think it's odd that you are the only one who has such problem for over 50.000 users? So we don't think that we have a poor knowledge about what we do.
