  • Hi,

    1. We are sorry but we do not have such option included unfortunately.

    2. Where do you have filters where from you would like to remove NEWS category?
  • hi,

poit 2 - I have "News" page is all right to me.
I want to delete the news filter in the category page. because they are two different things within the site.
  • please let me know..

    thanks
  • Ohh, that is what you mean. So to exclude categories, please go to item settings where you have Multiple Categories field and inside this field, you can set which categories should be displayed.
  • I have already set this thing.
    in Appearance> betheme options> Blogs> Exclude Category

Posts are only hidden but remains the "NEWS" filter
  • Can you answer? I have to do with the customer and I need answers
  • All settings located under BeTheme options > Blog, Portfolio & Shop > Blog section are reserved for Blog page only but you use Blog item what means you can display multiple categories only using item's options. To go to item settings, you need to click on the small pencil icon in the right top corner of the item under Muffin Builder.

P.S. Please understand that we have many questions and we reply on all question as fast as it's possible so posting new messages definitely won't speed up anything. Also, if you don't know what time we work, we suggest to check our profile's page https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup

    Thanks!
  • I apologize, I was rude.

I do not quite understand what to do. I have to go in my products page and then what should I look for in small pencil?
  • If you look at http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#pages you will see how Muffin Builder and it's items looks like. For each item you have small pencil in the right top corner and this is place where you can set individual settings for the items.
  • but I can understand how to do ??? I know that I have to go on the small pencil. but I can not delete the "news" button.

Now I entered the blog section in the "projects" page and insert 2 times the page
  • We are sorry but we are not sure if we understand your question right now. It's quite confusing. Which button you want to remove right now? Could you mark this button on screenshot and show us on screen?
  • excuse me, I have not explained very well.
My problem is the Load More Button, this buttons that I have activated the option betheme, in the Blog.
These load more button are buttons that betheme load automatically on the page of the products and its use to filter the various items.
These buttons are taken from betheme from categories, that is, if I have 10 categories I have 10 buttons.
I want to delete one of these buttons without delete the category.
    This is an example

  • But there is no "Load more" button on your screenshot above and we still don't get it. Your screensbhot presents probably blog page or item with filtering. Does it mean you want to remove "News" button prresented on above screenshot? If that's what you mean, please send us link to page where you got those filters and we will see if its possible.
  • Sorry, I thought that this buttons of filter is Load More Button.
How I can remove one category from button filter?
This is the link of my page, I would like remove the News Button filter
  • This is filtering and not "Load more" button :) That's why we were so confused.

Anyway, those filters does not have specified classes so the only think you can do on this page is to remove 4th filter and this could be done with the following css:
    .blog #Filters .filters_wrapper ul li:nth-child(4) { display: none !important; }
Plese notice that this is the only workaround to make it possible.
  • we did it! thanks a lot, betheme team!
