  Hi,
  
  what slider file you are trying to import? Did you tried to import different slider files from /slider-revolution-demo/demos/ folder?

  Hello,
  I have tried several. Even sliders that are not of the same theme (the 7 theme) and free Slider revolution sliders. The result is the same. I reinstalled the slider revolution but it did not work either.

  So it means that your issue has nothing to do with the theme. We suggest to go to Slider Revolution section and check System Requirements tab where all necessary information are.

  Well, the problem I have with your template and never before with any template has happened to me that I can not import, even the free punch theme themes. The requirements are all good, but at the end of the import they get http://robinsones.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php.

  Upload Max: OK 55M
  Max post :OK 55M
  Contact server: OK
  Object Library: OK
  
  Is There Any Way To Do It Through FTP?

  If you think this is because of the theme, we suggest to switch to any default WP theme and you will see this has nothing to do with the theme. It is merely a coincidence and if you switch to default theme, you will see that we are right.
  
  Anyway, if you tried everything and all settings are fine, you need to re-install plugin now and remove all other 3rd party plugins. So please log-in into FTP, remove all existing plugins (including slider) and then upload slider files thru FTP but make sure during this process that all files were uploaded complete.
