Section with two colors

I do not understand where or how to define that a sector has two divisions of colors. I understand that one of them is the bottom of the section, but the other ??

I attach an image to illustrate and show what I want to do or edit. I want to achieve the color blue division and I only get the red one.

They could explain or tell me a tutorial where they can explain how to edit what I need.

I have already looked at several examples and made several changes but I do not see any changes. I hope it is not the memory problem that does not allow to see the changes in the moment. (To do this disable cache plugin and modify the values of .htccess and php.ini)

Ok, thanks, works now. So to achieve same layout, did you set full width style for the section? If you don't know what we are talking about, please check the documentation where we explained what section is http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/documentation/#section

Luckily I already found the solution: In advanced settings of the section you have to select "Highlight Left".

It is rare because the modified section was cloned from the original that had the Highlight Left, however it seems that I do not save the properties ...!

Now I have another problem:

The container on the left has text aligned to the right, and the container on the right that has text aligned to the left, when displayed on small screens such as mobile devices, is logically vertical, so the alignment is wrong and loses its meaning, you can change the alignment for both texts to pass to be focused on small screens? ... is it possible?

What you can do is align center both on mobile devices with custom css, like:

@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .highlight-left .column .align_right, .highlight-right .column .align_left { text-align: center !important; }
}
