Cant update content using muffin builder

I have a new WP install v4.7.2 - installed BeTheme + plugins and default demo content - see uxod.com.au. I have set max_input_vars to 10000 on my server side, and still when editing a page and editing demo content within muffin builder nothing saves?????? I have also reinstalled the theme to make sure no issue with install.
