Maxxed out?

It appears I have hit a max to the amount of information/columns I can have on my page?

You will not the last row has only one column. When I try to add more columns past this- nothing happens. It will not let me. I create the columns, then hit save to the columns individually and update the page. Nothing happens and it deletes it and arbitrarily creates a blank column. but neither shows up on the front end of this page. I have created an user.ini file with a higher max value hoping that this was the issue as it was similar to another website issue I had previously. This did not work and after checking the server side I was informed it may be a theme issue. Can someone investigate and get back to me on how to add more to this page? I was literally two entries shy of completing this page. I do not get an error message at all. My added information just disappears. Thanks.

I already did this- thinking that was the issue- and even checked with my server support and they inferred that was not my issue. This was the added code:

php_value max_input_vars 10000

php_value suhosin.post.max_vars 10000

php_value suhosin.request.max_vars 10000

I have cleared my cache and tried to make these same adjustments to no avail.
Any advice? Is this not the code that I should be placing in that .user.ini file?

Please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings and check if your "server support" is telling you the truth because we met with situations when they do not tell the truth. Even though I placed that code in (above) the max/vars is still only 1000?

How do I fix this?! And thanks for linking the phpinfo bit

Just as we thought, you did not changed anything. .ini files does not guarantee positive effect because some hosting providers simply block this possibility and that's why you need to contact with your hostin provider and ask him to increase those limits for you. Also, we noticed that your server is not WordPress ready because you have PHP 5.5 version while the minimum version required by WordPress itself is 5.6.

I have updated my php file to 5.6 and I created that .user.ini file but according to our server people there is a limit of 1000. If I provide my credentials for the wordpress site- can you guys take a look and see what my issue really is? There hasn't been firm analysis and I would like to know what this problem really is. If this is possible. Please let me know as I need to get this project going and only lack two more entries for this page.

We suggest you to contact with your web developer or hosting provider because any access won't change anything as the issue you have is related with your hosting only.

YES. I am aware. So if you read my message above - you will note that our server limits us to 1000. So I'm trying to get your analysis on what I can do and IF that is the actual issue with adding content.

Yes, this is the only reason why you can not add more content. And this concerns many other themes and even plugins.
