You can find settings on http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/1453/w3-total-cache but please notice that the settings we use, may do not work on your site as settings are strictly dependent on the server configuration which are usually different. So if you want to set this plugin properly, you should contact with your admin or hosting provider and ask them to do it for you.
Like we said above, W3 plugin settings largely dependent on server configuration and an explanation as above, does not make sense in our opinion. Please also notice that we do not offer any help with 3rd party plugins configuration because for such service is responsible your web developer always and in each case, different settings might be the best to increase your page speed. For example, some hosting support memory caching but some does not support it and everything need to be cached on disk. The file we provided above is only a config preview of the settings we use and if you don't want to import it on your live site, you can create another WP installation under sub-domain or sub-folder where you can install W3 Total Cache and import settings.
