Hi Guys

I have been trying to search through Forum but not really found any definitive answers about how to improve page speed. https://developers.google.com/speed/pagespeed/insights/?url=www.nettonic.co.uk

I have tried a couple of plugins: Autoptimise but cannot seem to fix the Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content.

Is there any simple fixes that will help

Hi,

there is few ways to speed up your website:

1. W3 Total Cache plugin.

2. You can use Static CSS.

3. Content Delivery Network Services like MaxCDN.

HI,

My website ranking is very low on GTmetrix. Even your site http://themes.muffingroup.com/ is very low as well.

Could you please give more suggestion on this? FYI, I don't have any CDN option right now.

And what your suggestion on minifying javascript and css.

GTMetrix is checking more connection between CANADA and our servers that are located in EUROPE. Therefore, it is not reliable because we are talking about the page speed and not internet connection between hosting services. Although, the results are pretty good what you can see for yourself on https://gtmetrix.com/reports/themes.muffingroup.com/CqRWIr4V

If you will do the same test between servers in EUROPE, you will see that page is loading less than 1 second https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/b8AEgE/http://themes.muffingroup.com/betheme/

So as you can see, page speed it pretty good. And if you do not have any cdn service, try 2 other things we pointed above.

fare enough. I had bad experience with w3 total cache. I will try with super cache.
