Fonts do not change in frontend

Hey there,

I am using the BeTheme (demo fashion blog). I think it already looks quite nice but I would like to try some different fonts. The problem is, that many of them don't appear in the front end (they appear as standard font, Arial or so). What can I do to change this?

Hi Kati,

if you mean the font like http://fonts.googleapis.com/css?family=Monofett:1&subset=Barrio&ver=4.7.2 it does not exist. You must set something wrong under font settings probably and that's why the font does not load.

No, I didn't mean that one. I mean the fonts I can see when I scroll down f.e. in the headings-section. The onliy not-standard fonts that appeared so far were Oswald and Open Sans ...

You can use Google Fonts that are selected under Theme options > Fonts > Family section.

I tried that, but it does not work. However, I use HTML to change the fonts now ...

The fonts selected under Theme options, does not work because you probably set wrong subset. We suggest to read the following topic http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/7/how-to-use-fonts-with-special-characters-like-cyrilic-or-polish/p1 where we explained how to use Google fonts properly.
