to elaborate more.... I just want the sub-item/category to be arranged in 6 columns, 2 rows. But now, referring to the 1st image, "Professional Communication Headset" is always sticking at the bottom of "Video conferencing". Even if I deleted it, the next category "WIFI | DECT Phone" will be there, the same spot sticking below. I guess it should have a way....
Mega menu can be aligned into 6 columns maximum as you can see on http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/ (hover over Shortcodes item). However, as we can see, you have 11 columns on your screenshot already and we don't really get, what you want to do.
I understand. So, basically I wanted to put all these 11 categories (i call) to be in the mega menu. Can they be arranged into 6 columns(as you told, maximum), and 2 rows? that means starting from the 7th category, all the following will be on the second row.
One thing I'm not so sure is why is the 6th category stacked under the 5th. Is it caused by the boxed width menu??

As i can see, your menu is not wide enough (there is search on the right side and that's why menu width need to be decreased) and that's why there is not enough space to keep 6 columns of mega menu. So or you need to remove search bar to increase menu width or you can user the following custom css to make it wider:

there is no way to set up width or position for mega menu. This menu wasn't made for such advanced header types as you are trying to make.

Yes, your 6th category may be stacked by the wrapper width (if you set not wide enough) of course.
