I would like to be on this site http://www.dl-computer.de/wordpress/ueber-uns/ this gray strip, where "about us" is about half the narrower, the strip is too high for me, I have But unfortunately still no solution found.

if you are talking about the Subheader where "über uns" text is, you can decrease it's padding under Theme options > Header & Subheader > Subheader section.
