2 Logos after theme update

Hi,
Updated to the lastest version of the betheme today, everything worked fine but we are getting 2 logos side by side. Tried changing all options in the header but didn't work.

We reverted back to the backup theme folder we had. Any idea why this is happening?

    Hey,

    there is 2 reasons why you may have 2 logos visible after theme update:

    - Your files are incomplete after update and in such case, we suggest to log-in on FTP, remove all existing files and upload the newest thru FTP. But make sure during this process that all files were uploaded complete.

    - You are using cache and such plugins always play tricks after files update.

    We are using w3 total cache plugin. We also cleared the cache after update, but that didn't work. Wil retry uploading the files thanks!

    Which file is responsible for the header logo image file, can I know? Can I only update that particular file if it doesn't work this time.

    There is few files responsible for the header but it does not work the way you think and you can not update just those, particular files. To update theme, you need to update all theme files to it's latest version.
