Footer not shown on any front page, but all other sub pages have, we don't know why, is there any setting available to get the footer in all the pages?

The footer, does not display on home page because of your custom css what you can see on http://pasteboard.co/xMTeVuZEf.png

How do I turn off the footer on specific pages ... I would like to remove the widget sections from the contact page... would I use the following in the Custom|CSS?

.contact #Footer { display: none; }
