Replacing WP RSS feed links with Feedburner

I'm trying to redirect WP rss feed links to feedburner. There are plugins that do that but they cause issues with theme. Basically what I want to do is point all the site's rss links to my feedburner feed. In other templates it is easy to do, I just need to change one line in the functions.php file:

echo '';

But in BeThemes I'm not able to find the RSS feed code that gets pulled in the html header. I also looked in header file and includes.
