I didn't change anything. The content is defaulting to this. The Muffin Builder content appears above the blog content.
The "Find out how we can help you" section is supposed to appear above the footer like all the other pages. It's not. This is the only page where this is happening.
What I'm trying to do is have a News/Blog page that allows the user to choose past news articles from a drop-down list on the News page.
So, the blog page will not contain the "Find out how we can help you" nor the header? Because the default blog page does not include either of those elements.
(Maybe I'm just doing the footers/headers wrong? That's entirely possible)

When they choose a year, they are supposed to be redirected to the archive page that lists all the past news articles pertaining to that year.
