Slider doesn't serve images after website made live.

Hi,

I just made my website live (it is now here, not at the new-site sub-domain it was at previously), and Revolution Slider is not serving images. When I go to the plugin panel, it says I need to activate it. I did this initially when it was at the new-site sub-domain. What should I do at this point?

UPDATE

I've been able to work out that the problem is not about activation (as the plugin and its support is provided by BeTheme and not a separate purchase) but about links to media files. I've now updated the links in the above-mentioned slider and it works fine.

However, this slider is not serving images, even after the cache has been deleted. Please see this mobile screenshot. I can see the images are loading fine in the Slider Revolution panel (see this screenshot), so why might this be?

We had a look and didn't see anything unusual. The slider works fine. Do you have the theme updated and rev slider aswell?

I forgot to stress that this is happening on MOBILES only. Could you delete your mobile cache and then look again, please?
