  Thank you but I don't think that applies to my problem..
  
  On all devices, I want all the Text Logo and Menu words to be displayed,

  We know what you need and this is why we gave you topic to link above. But you must know that if you will change it even on mobile, it will look awful because mobile devices does not have space to work properly with full menu instead of mobile.

  Ok, I agree about the mobile. But can I apply the full Text Logo and Menu words to be displayed on desktop only? What is that code to enter into Custom CSS, please?
