No Design Tab in Visual Composer Settings
Hi, so I'm trying to adjust the spacing between some elements in Visual Composer (specifically the Trailer Box) and the bottom spacing is too much. When I checked on Visual Composer's forum they say that individual margin and padding elements can be made for each element within the "Design Options" tab. This tab does not appear for me. The Visual Composer author said that this is do to the Theme author disabling it. Is it possible to get these tabs back?
I was able to figure out and solve my problem via the use of a text box and inserting the short code and making adjustments to the text. However, it would be much easier to just make these adjustments via the Design Options tab in Visual Composer. Can you advise how to get it back or no?

as we see, "Design options" can be setup for columns, not for items and as we see this works fine. But as far as we know, it is not possible to setup any margins/paddings for items itself.
