Popup contact form ignoring changes

I made a change in the Theme Options in the footer to use a different form shortcode, but it doesn't seem to have taken. I can see the new shortcode in the settings, but when the page loads, the little envelope icon in the lower right corner doesn't pull up the form at all, just the short-code!  help??   site:  www.mosaicartsandmore.com

    Well, I found the issue. The BeTheme Options had saved the new shortcode for the popup form locally, but would not push that out to the overall template of the page until AFTER I made a change to the layout of the Contact page and then published that. THEN the popup form change was visible, i.e. the saved changes to the Theme were pushed to the live site. Not sure why that was an issue, and I hope it doesn't happen again.
