Is there a way to align the social media, logo image, and contact us text on the very bottom?

Hi,
In the editor edit the wrap and you will find a field called vertical align, set it to bottom.

for some reason it is not changing it.

Sorry, this is not the case to use this option. There is no way of setting this.
