HTML5 video not working on iPad

I have uploaded both the mp4 and the ogg file. Video seems to work fine on any kind of desktop but hitting the play-button on the iPad doesn't start the video. What have I done wrong?

The video play on mobile devices is disabled, where is the movie on your site I cannot find it.

To do that you do not use section videos but a builder item/shortcode

I have now used a shortcode instead of section. The shortcode I've used is this:

[video_embed video="" parameters="a;c;;m" mp4="[Links visible only for registered users]" ogv="[Links visible only for registered users]" placeholder="[Links visible only for registered users]" width="700" height="400"]

But its still not playing on iPad. How does I enable video for mobile devices?

When I enter your website and inspect the code I can still see the same section video, did you change it?
