Menu not visible on small laptop screen

For some reason on my laptop (resolution 1366 x 728) the menu-bar is absent/transparent and no menu is visible.

On my large screen 1920 x 1080 and mobile/tablet no problems. I tried without all the CSS, but issue persists.

You can see the menu appear for a brief period and then disappearing.

Any ideas?

Update: seems to be a Chrome issue. No problems in FF or IE, so let's wait and see.

Try to clear browser cache.

Browser cache does not solve it unfortunately :-)

Yes, you are right.
Please go to theme options>responsive>header and change the initial width value. This is the point where the normal menu turns to a responsive one.
