Won't install Revolution Slider

I purchased BeTheme from ThemeForest and Revolution Slider was bundled with the website template I want to use. I followed directions of the video closely and when I go to install Revolution Slider it continuously fails. What do I need to do?

    Hello,
    As you can see the error states: "Destination folder already exists."
    Please uninstall the slider manually from your FTP in wp-content/plugins and if it exists in plugins menu remove it as well.
    Then install to plugin again.

    The slider was never listed in the plugins menu. I deleted it from FTP wp-content/plugins and tried to install and got the same error message

    FTP took a while to delete all the files. Tried to install after that completed it installed. Thank you!
