Adding Sidebar Widget to Blog

I do not see any options to add a sidebar widget to the blog.
This page (just a blog post itself) has a "main sidebar" widget on the page.
For this page: http://mvstaging.com/index.php/blog/ I would like to add the main sidebar widget as well. How do I do this?

Also, I noticed there are share buttons at the bottom of the blog, I am assuming these are coming from the theme itself, since we do not have any sharing plugins installed.
