  we have checked your website in IE9 and everything looks fine. We did not noticed any issues related with slider.

  Can you look at http://arlmach.com in netRenderer? This is what my client sees (mobile view, no slider)

  We have no idea how this tool works like but we tested url in IE9 version on windows computers and everything is fine. And we don't know why on your client's computer this looks like that. Just look at http://snag.gy/lA23X.jpg to see how website looks in IE9.
  
  Also you should to know that because this is related with revolution slider, we can't do anything else as we are not author of this plugin.
  
  P.S. We noticed that you use 4.6.3 slider version on client's page. You should update it to 4.6.5 version (is included into theme package) and maybe this will help?
