  Here is the css for the subheader

  .page-id-2384 #Subheader {
  	padding: 240px 0px !important;
  }

  To set the sidebar lower use this css 

  .with_aside .sidebar.columns { padding-top:100px !important; }

  Wow thanks. The CSS for the Sidebar works. Thank you very much. But for the subheader didn't work.
  I've Copyed in the Custom CSS field on the bottom of the options of the page "Training".
  May need a further customization?

  Paste this css to theme options>custom css&js>css and clear your broser cache.

  Ahh okay i see now the difference. Maybe i havent expressed me clealy sorry. I Meant the space from the top to the subheader. because the picture get a little bit behind my menubar.
  
  EDIT: I have set now the option in Be theme options > header &subheader > Header > Minimalist >Minimalist | ON.
  Now is the picutre set a little bit down but i can see a thin grey line between menu and header. Its also on the Homeside between menu and Slider. What can i do?

  It does not go behind your menu bar. There is no image behind the menu at the start.

  Yes, because i fixed it. But now you can see a thin grey line between Menu bar and Slider. And in every category eg. training. between subheader and menu everywhere the thin grey line
