Sidebar background color and font size

How can i change the background color and font size of the sidebar? I can't find it anywhere in options or CSS

Hi,

to change sidebar bg color please look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/473/sidebar-background-colour-and-line-removal-widget-after where we explained it. About font size, please tell us which font size you mean? Headers font sizes or what? Also please send us url to your website where you have sidebar.

One more question related to the sidebar - how can I get a sidebar to appear on category pages?

Sidebar on category pages is always the same as on blog page. So you must setup sidebar on blog page and the same will show on category.

Thanks, but in theme options I have single post layout set to "Right sidebar", but the category page still shows no sidebar. What am I doing wrong?

This is not what we mean. You must create blog page, setup sidebar for this blog page and also in Settings > Reading section you must setup right page for posts.
