"Arrow Down" as an hint for users to scroll down a full screen page

Tried searching the forum and playing with a section's Navigation > Arrows and with Decorative images but cannot figure out something. Is it possible to include a little image of an arrow pointing down at the bottom of a full-screen page to give a viewer a hint to scroll for more? I remember seeing such arrows on some websites and in my testings, some of my visitors, once they see the full screen on a computer, start clicking the menu on the top, having no clue that there was some content on the page below. Thoughts, please?

    Ah, I see. My website is dark and the arrows are actually there but in black so I would not be able to see them... Will look for arrow's color customization.
