Hi, my post is with Template Builder and I created a section with Image Background in Muffin Builder. My problem Is that when i use this in my page of the site the possibility of release a comment disappeared. Why This Thing happen? Thanks in advance
Hi, Edit the page and below the wordpress text editor you will see a disscussion field, check 'allow comments'. If you do not see this field, go to the top right corner where you have screen options and select 'disscussion;.
There is also an option in theme options>pages>general
I've yet activate the comments in the mode that you describe me. The problem is that when I put my post in Template Builder instead Intro Header the possibility of comment disappear. If I can't solve this problem I ask you another question: how can I reduce the height of the image of Intro Header? Now i'm not using Intro Header for this reason.
The comments should work, unless there is another plugin that is causing this problem. please disable all plugins and check again. Please enable the intro header and send a link to your page.
please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to explain your issue in the messeage very clearly.
With this css what happen?I don't see changes. My problem is when I put my post in Template Builder instead Intro Header. In this case comment disappear. If I use Intro header even before work. But i need in "Template" BUILDER.
My college did not explained it too clearly so i will try.
Builder template is kind of template that display builder content only and nothing else. This is the whole sense of have such template. So, if you want to have comments, you need to use one of the templates that support comments, for example: Intro header type. And, if you don't like how featured image on this template looks like, you can easily remove it with custom css and use own from Muffin Builder instead. Or, you can use the css my college gave you above to fit the featured image to your needs.
