  Hi,
  just use this css, change the value top to any you want, you can add a left to go right or left.

  }

  It did not work what I need is that the page opens along with the text.

  
  

  Example: When you click on a map state the text will open in the size of the writing if it does not have text it returns to normal ...

  
  

  I pasted the CSS on the page and the map but nothing happened what am I missing?

  Im sorry but I did not see that this is changing every time you click. We will not be able to help since this is some custom script at work. We do not offer support for code that acts beyond our theme functionallity.
