Hey

I bought a theme and now i wanna install demo of Hifi But it gives a timeout gateway error. I tried almost 20times. So please help me.

Hi,

please go to theme folder, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. i again getting 504 Gatway Error. i also upload phpinfo.php file.

Please make the phpinfo file in the main FTP directory, we need it.
The theme is working, you just cannot install the demos?

You got any cache istalled on your server or in wordpress. Please disable it and try again.
