How can I make this menu links to disappear (hide) from all pages?

I'm taking about the bar that says:

"menu-a-la-carte
Home > menu-a-lacarte"

in the URL: http://tavernabravo.se/menu-a-la-carte/

It makes the layout incredible uggly...

Hi Eddie,

Go to theme options>header&subheader>subheader and hide it using the hide options.
