Response code: 502. Response message: Bad Gateway

Hello,

I have tried to install a pre-built site but always get the message "Response code: 502. Response message: Bad Gateway".

The pre-built web is Ipartially charged but never is complete (for example, footer or stories in snapshot pre-built). I have spoken with my hosting and they tell me that all is ok on his side, firewall is open, test communication is ok :

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. Hello,

Im waiting for the hosting answer. They have to get me all info of phpinfo().

I have access to the php.ini file but the function phpinfo() is disable.

Meanwhile, I have copied this two parameters:

upload_max_filesize = 55M

max_file_uploads = 20

Hi,
Please inscrease the memory_limit and max_input_vars values. You may need to contact your hosting provider to do that.

Hello,

The same error.. I have, in the same hosting, another account, with this parameters:

WP Memory Limit

512 MB

PHP Time Limit		600
PHP Max Input Vars		10000

And i get the same error..
