Response code: 502. Response message: Bad Gateway

Hello,
I have tried to install a pre-built site but always get the message "Response code: 502. Response message: Bad Gateway".
The pre-built web is Ipartially charged but never is complete (for example, footer or stories in snapshot pre-built). I have spoken with my hosting and they tell me that all is ok on his side, firewall is open, test communication is ok :
