How to adjust featured image size of a post in Blog?

  Hi,
  To change the size of the images on portfolio/blog/shop please navigate to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image
  There set the desired image size. Remember to read the notice at the bottom of the page regarding thumbnail regeneration.

  I have a similar question, I would like to change the size of the featured image (reduce its height) in blog post - http://skleathers.com/2017/06/design/

  
  

  I set the height to 300px under options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image. Then regenerated the thumbnails. No luck.

  
  

  Pls let me know the steps to do the same.

  I changed the Intro | Padding under options>blog,portfolio&shop>featured image and it changed the image size. Just want to make sure is that right approach ?
