Line bellow menu not show

Hi,
I have problem with styl : Line bellow menu,
it show in main menu only on "Kontakt" page.
How can I resolve it?

No, on Kontakt page it show correctly this is true, but problem is, that it show not on another pages.

Also the cache is enabled, if the plugin is not configured correctly then it could break the site.
Try to disable all plugins and see if it helps.

I try it for long time. Turn off plugins ...

But problem is, that menu is transparent. When I switch it on normal menu styl it show correct with line, see now.
So how can I have transparent menu with line under on hover?
