    In another web using the Enfold theme, the developers passed me a code so that the elements shown in the component link directly to the external URL, rather than to the post.

    That is what the client asks me, but I do not see the option so maybe they can give me a code. I hope you can understand me.

    Hi, What you ask for, requires files customization what in reference to Item Support Policy is not allowed. So if you want to modify files and don't know how, you should contact with your web developer. Item Policy clearly says: Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customisation services or checking out the great service providers on Envato Studio 

    We do not say this is not possible at all, everything is possible but it does not cover the support. I will help you, but please tell me what do you want to do, and it cannot require file customization.
