Can not build more picture or list items in the Muffin Builder section on one of our pages

When we wanted to add new picture sections or text sections after we have done that about 30 times.

But the Muffin Builder doesnt load up the new ones anymore.

After we refresh the page, the newly added ones arent there and if we look it up in the Builder section they arent there too.

I dont think that the page is "Full" or something but we need to add way more picture and text sections so I want to ask how can I fix it.

This occurs on top of the webpage as well as one time on the bottom of it, when we want to add more than our old picture or text sections.

Hi,

please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link. In which directory should I upload the php file ?

The page where the problem occurs is www.dustfade.com/game

but through my FTP Client I cant find a directory that has that name sry.

I created the file now in the home directory of the page.

Hi,
I do not need a ftp directry, just create this file in the main directory on your server and send me the link.
There is also a password that is protecting this.

Please increase your max_input_vars value. You may need to contact your hosting provider to change it.

Having same issue, have created phpinfo.php file. max_input_vars showing 1000. have made some changes to increase max_input_vars but its not updating.

You need to contact your hosting provider to change it, we cannot do anything about it.

Have just increased my max_input_vars from 1000 to 2000. still its not adding new wrap.

Please increase it to about 5000 and upgrade your PHP version to 7.0
