Video blog post format

I just installed you and started building when I ran into the problem that on my front page I want to display video blogposts with thumbnails picture a an excerpt and when klicked on read more ill enter the videoblogpost and see a video on top and some text down under.
My first question is: When choosing the format "video" in the post format chooser, how do I add the video?
Second question: How can I make sure that the video is centered, the size i want and in a good resolution?
I try adding one youtube video though "add media" in the visual composer and the resolution was bad and I had no styling options!
In the main- general blog ( see screen dump) I set the blog image options to feature image, so I can choose the image that will be displayed on the front page.
I also tried adding a video with your shortcode in the visual editor: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/content-elements/#video
This gives me not option for centering and im still getting a lousy resolution!
Please help because all my blogs will on the blogpage be shown with a thumbnail picture and inside exist of a centered video and some words underneath.

The types of posts like video means that you have more categorization on your post. it does not mean that this specific post is suited for a video. You can add a video using section bacground, sliders or the video shortcode. The resolution is set by youtube and depends on your internet connection.
You can center the video with the muffin builder, just create 3 wraps and place the video in the middle one. Please add a 'placeholder' item into the blank wraps, otherwise they will not create the space.
