Sidebar and Tabs in Single Product Page

Hello

I now tried for hours to add a Sidebar in my Single product page. I read the other thread about in in the forum.. nothing helped.. the sidebar is activated in the shop page settings and appears correctly. but when a single product is showing, no sidebar appears. 
can you help me fix that?

and the other thing: the tabs with the image, the description and the price are displaying next to each other.. and the description gets overwritten. although I said in the options tge description and the price should appear underneath the images. what did go wrong here?
