I have purchased the theme and imported the demo content from the Furniture demo.

I noticed that the images in the slider are flickering, and some of the images are not displayed correctly or are not fully visible.

Could you please check what might be causing this issue and advise on how to fix it?

I managed to get the dynamic data from the image, title and read more but I cannot see the DB (dynamic data icon from betheme) besides the column text item.

Is there any way to get an exerpt form the text of the post with the loop builder and possibly limit it to a certain character amount?

Or would it be possible to get loop builder select a specific column text item from the post and display that?

I attmepted to rebuild the modules and just phase out the older modules as I recreated them in the new version of the bulder but i can no longer save the pages either. So something is blocking it from saving. Would you guys be able to take a look and see if you can pinpoint the issue?

Now I want it to show as a background image in the top section of my blog page (the one specific to one category). I tried to put "{ACF:category_image}" in the section/background/image but it is not working. Any ideas?

On the website https://lebeausejour.be (using betheme + wpml), i encounter a problem with the "sidemenu" template used on the left side.

In the default language "fr", everything works fine.

When i switch to "nl", it seems that the WPML translation of the "sidemenu template" is not loaded. I see the "menu" is correctly translated (which is normal), but the logo and the 2 upper buttons (which are parts of the template) aren't translated.

Templates : id=205 for "fr", id=206 for "nl"

Having a look at the source code : i see that <div id="mfn-sidemenu-tmpl-205"... is always loaded .

Sometimes (but i can't reproduce it...), both <div id="mfn-sidemenu-tmpl-205"... and <div id="mfn-sidemenu-tmpl-206" are present in the code. Then the translated "sidemenu" appears... But the "fr" one comes back after any click.

Hope it's clear... Can you please help me ?

I have a problem with the site I'm making with the betheme museum theme, this morning I installed the theme and it worked perfectly, on the home page there was the section that showed the posts with the images as in the demo (see attached photos), by mistake I deleted something and I can no longer restore the view as in your theme but I read different by inserting the blog news element that I don't like so much, I would like everything on my site to be the same as in your template as I saw it this morning but I don't want to reinstall everything and lose what I've done so far thanks

1. "some" templates are showing a 404 error. I have tried the suggestion of resaving permalinks, however this has not solved. I tried clearing cache on both cloudflare and the site cache and still throwing errors for some of the templates. It's even happening when i try to build new templates it will immediately throw a 404 when trying to create and edit a new template. What's even more odd is that it happens to different templates at different times. One will work, then another will stop, and it's constantly switching to which ones are working and which ones are 404'ing.
2. Slider categories are not showing so every slider is just mixing all of the various categories together.

Can you please help to figure out what the issue is?

I am using BeTheme’s built-in GDPR 2.0 / Google Consent Mode popup together with Google Tag Manager.

The theme appears to handle the Google consent update itself, which is good. From the theme script, I can see that when saved consent exists, BeTheme reads the mfnConsent cookie and calls:

gtag('consent', 'update', consents);

When the visitor accepts all, selects specific categories or denies consent, BeTheme also updates consent through:

gtag('consent', 'update', consents);

then saves the mfnConsent cookie and closes the popup.

However, as far as I can tell, BeTheme does not currently push a GTM-compatible dataLayer event when consent is updated. It does trigger a jQuery event after the popup closes:

$(document).trigger('mfn:gdpr2:close');

but Google Tag Manager cannot use that directly as a Custom Event trigger.

This creates a practical issue for GTM setups.

For example, if a Google Tag or GA4 page_view tag is blocked on the initial page load because analytics consent is denied, the tag does not automatically fire later when the visitor gives consent. On the next page reload, everything works because the mfnConsent cookie has been saved and BeTheme updates the consent state on page load.

The missing scenario is:

1. A visitor lands on the site for the first time.
2. Consent defaults to denied.
3. GTM evaluates the GA4 / Google tags and blocks them because consent has not yet been granted.
4. The visitor accepts analytics consent using the BeTheme popup.
5. BeTheme correctly updates Google consent, but GTM has no dataLayer event to trigger the relevant tags immediately.
6. The first page view is therefore missed unless the visitor reloads or visits another page.

This can be worked around with a custom script listening for BeTheme’s popup buttons or the mfn:gdpr2:close jQuery event, then pushing a dataLayer event manually. However, it would be cleaner and more reliable if BeTheme exposed this natively.

Would you consider adding a dataLayer.push() event inside the BeTheme consent update flow, ideally inside consent.set() immediately after:

For example:

It would also make BeTheme’s Consent Mode integration much easier to use in a GTM setup, especially now that many Google tags are managed through GTM rather than being placed directly in the theme options.

I created a template for the shopping cart (Empty/Not Empty). Now, when I add a product to the shopping cart, the “Not Empty” template appears very briefly and is then overlaid by the “Empty” template. As a result, I can't complete the purchase; I can only refresh the shopping cart.

I was wondering why I can't save my setting alteration in the performance page? When I click save changes button, all the settings of this page back to default.

Hello BeTheme Support Team,

after updating BeTheme, my on-click popups no longer work correctly on most pages.

The error message is:

“We cannot find popup with inserted ID”

Important context:

The popups worked before the BeTheme update.

I created a popup with ID 342.

The popup is set to:

Display trigger: On click

Display conditions: Include → Entire Site

I also created a new test popup with ID 873 after the update, but the same issue happens with the new popup as well.

The strange part is:

The popup works on the blog page.

The popup does not work on normal pages / landing pages when it should be loaded globally via “Entire Site”.

Additional important finding:

If I assign/select the popup directly in the Page Options of the affected page, the popup works.

So the popup itself and the trigger are working.

However, I have multiple different popups on the website. Therefore, assigning one popup manually in the Page Options is not a workable solution for me. The popups need to work globally via Display Conditions → Entire Site, because different buttons should open different popups.

I tested several trigger variants, for example:

I also tested a native BeTheme button with “Open popup” and popup ID 873. This also does not work on the affected pages unless the popup is directly assigned in the Page Options.

On one affected page I checked the DOM with the browser console:

document.querySelector(’#mfn-popup-template-342’)

Result: null

Also: document.querySelector(’[data-id=“342”]’)

Result: null

This means the trigger/link is present on the page, but the popup template itself is not rendered in the DOM on the affected pages when using “Entire Site”.

On the blog page, the popup works.

On the affected normal pages, BeTheme cannot find the popup ID because the popup markup is not present in the HTML.

I also checked the available popup templates on the frontend with:

[…document.querySelectorAll(’[id^=“mfn-popup-template-”]’)].map(el => el.id)

On the page where it works, popup templates are available.

On the affected pages, the required popup template is missing from the DOM unless I assign it manually in the Page Options.

What I already tried:

1. Disabled custom code snippets that could affect the popup

2. Disabled plugins that could interfere

3. Created a completely new popup after the update

4. Tested a native BeTheme button

5. Tested a simple HTML link with class open-mfn-popup

6. Set Display Conditions to Include → Entire Site

7. Cleared cache

8. Checked the popup ID several times

9. Assigned the popup directly in the Page Options, which makes it work on that page

Current diagnosis:

The popup trigger seems correct.

The popup itself works when assigned directly in the Page Options.

But BeTheme does not inject/render the popup templates globally on normal pages via “Entire Site” after the update.

It only works on the blog page or when the popup is manually selected in the Page Options.

Can you please tell me what changed in the latest BeTheme update regarding popup rendering or Display Conditions?

Is there a known issue with multiple on-click popups and “Entire Site” display conditions after an update?

How can I make multiple different popups available globally again, so different buttons can open different popup IDs without assigning one popup manually per page?

Could this be related to page templates, footer hooks, BeBuilder layouts, or the popup being loaded only on certain page types?

However, I can’t save this class in the shortcode. If I save the class in the Column Text (Advanced -> Custom -> CSS Classes), the class’s functionality works—but, of course, in the wrong place. I suppose CSS classes aren’t supported in the shortcode? 

I just received an email tha Betheme will not be available in Envato any more.

I promised my client free updates since I bought this theme through themeforest and I cannot charge him for the updates now. You should have free updates for us that we bought the theme from themeforest.
