  Hello,

  I purchased BeTheme on Envato and I am trying to activate it on my website:

  Domain: neff-gaggenau.ru

  Purchase Code: bef2b0a4-93ce-4eaa-bcdb-5d716d94444a

  However, activation fails with:

  cURL error 28: SSL connection timeout

  My hosting provider confirmed that outgoing connections are allowed, but your server is blocking my server IP.

  Could you please:

  1. Whitelist my server IP
  2. or
  3. Manually activate the license for my domain
