We just checked your site but we don't see footer in header on any of devices we have and we checked on 7 of them with same result. We really don't know where to look for a problem as we can't recreate this on our end.

Hi, if you have this problem with that specific site only, please disable ALL 3rd party plugins and check if this helps. Otherwise, please check if you didn't disabled Entrance animations option under Theme Options > Performance.

Hi, there is no such option to switch from dark to light skin as such skin doesn't even exists so only custom css left.

Hi Paul, it's Subheader and you can disable it globally under Theme Options > Header & Subheader > Subheader or individually for each page under Page Options.

Yes, in the BeBuilder template, you're gonna have this grey bar but in front-end when visiting product page, you will get reviews for the product if exists of course.

If you would like to remove them from the code, you need to write own code in child theme to overwrite theme functions. With custom css you can hide them only as you said.
