Hi, did you tried to disable ALL 3rd party plugins to check if issue occurs? If you did it already and it didn't helped, please switch to default WP theme and check if it works exactly the same way as when Betheme is active.

There must be some kind of other limitation on server side as we checked it on 3 different hosting services and all works fine. We are able to put and save emojis.

There is custom css above that makes submenu items wider.

You probably set FIXED position for header. FIXED means that anything below, goes behind the element that is FIXED. In such case, you have to switch from FIXED to other style.
