I have just checked above page and sql requests from theme takes 0.005second what's fine. I recommend to disable Instagram feed as this one delay response time as is the reason why your site loads so slow.

Hi, did you set proper colors in Theme Options > Colors > Forms? This is where colors for forms are being taken globally. According to button, if you want the button to scroll smooth, you need to add scroll class for that button.

I personally don't use Slider Revolution for any project because in my opinion plugin is pretty heavy and slows down any project. I prefer to use Loop Builder instead. Nevertheless, like said above, this have been already reported to plugin's author.
