Hi, This might happen when product have assigned for example a lot of tags or categories and in such case, wp needs time to count all these properties in fly when loading product. Please switch to any default wp theme and check if it works.

You can use an additional custom css but in our opinion it won't look nice as it's now. .testimonials_slider .testimonials_slider_ul li .bq_wrapper { padding: 0; }
