Hi, This might happen when product have assigned for example a lot of tags or categories and in such case, wp needs time to count all these properties in fly when loading product. Please switch to any default wp theme and check if it works.

Product attributes are for products and not product categories so if you want to display categories on shop page, attributes won't show.
