You have to deregister the license from Betheme -> Dashboard section and later after migration, register same license key in new place.

Hi Tim, I would recommend to start from disabling 3rd party plugins and clearing cache. Few users had really weird issues yesterday after update and just like in 99.9% cases, the problem was related with cache.

It depends on image sizes as some of them are horizontal while some are vertical. If we would give you custom css for fixed height, it may not look good as well. If you will send link to page with those products, i will have a look.

Hi, Custom CSS is saved in database. So, if you somehow lost it, you need to backup wp from time before this happened, there is not other way to recover it.
