Hi, please disable all plugins first and check if one of them is not the reason. If not, please remove all theme files and upload them thru FTP but make sure all files transferred properly. Thanks!

Ok, thanks. After further checking, we realized it would be enough to set Align Center option for Theme options > Responsive > Header > Top Bar.

Hi, we are sorry but it is not allowed to use VC shortcodes inside Muffin Builder. Both builders are different and that's why you can not do this. But what you can do is use both builders at the same time on page. Thanks!

You can have any link you want and you can set them up under Appearance > Menus section but please also remember to set up main menu under Appearance > Menus > Manage locations section.

Hi, if just a logo and favicon serve http instead of https, please upload logo and favicon once again into your Media section and set them up once again in proper Muffin Options sections.

You got them in few different places so if you didn't put any, they may come with your extra plugins and this is the reason why you need to disable them all to check if this is not the reason.

All parallax effects you can find under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section and if you don't like current, please switch to different.

If you will open your logo link http://1st-squad.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/1ST_Logo_Cercle-e1485443191294.png you will see that its only 30px size so if you want to use larger logo, you need to uploaded larger logo size.
