Hi, to switch demos, you need to remove all data using Wordpress Reset plugin. But please remember that this plugin removes all data, like: pages, posts, settings, etc. Your Wordpress would be again as clear as after first installation. Thanks!

We can see also you set huge padding for the logo and this might be the reason why your header is so big. So if above css didn't helped, you can remove logo padding.
